Leon R. Ross is one of the original developers of Indian Mountain Lakes.  He, along with two partners, his son, Barry Ross, and Jack Cohen, a long time business acquaintance, obtained the property and began construction in 1960. 

The company is currently owned and operated Mitchell Ross. 

We are going into our 48th year of service in the Albrightsville area.  Our staff has over 62 years of combined experience in the real estate business.  We feel very confident that there is not another agency around that knows more about this area than we do. 

Our office location is ideal.  We are located on busy Route 534, at the entrance to Indian Mountain Lakes.  Our greatest advantage to our location is a high volume of “walk-in” business.

Mitchell Ross is our broker of record. He is the son of Leon R. Ross and took over the real estate office in 1996. He has been a licensed sales person since 1975, and has his broker’s license since 1980. He has participated in well over 5000 real estate transactions in his long time career.

Barbara Miller is one of our most experienced sales agents. She has been in the real estate business since 1999 and has participated in about 600 real estate transactions. She is currently working towards an Associate Broker’s License. She is also a resident of Indian Mountain Lakes.

Heda Knocik is another one of our very experienced sales agents, who also happens to be multi-lingual. She not only specializes in sales but also heads our rental department. She is a resident of Sierra View and has been in the real estate business since 2002.

Mark Turney has been with our office since 2003. He has been a real estates sales person since 1993. As a resident of Towamensing Trails, we call him our Trails expert.

Jennifer Krotzer achieved her license in 2005. As a resident of Mount Pocahontas, since 2002, she can really help you find exactly what you are looking for.

Alice Jameson has participated in several sales since joining our office in April of 2006. She is a resident of Indian Mountain Lakes and is currently involved in both the sales and the rental market.
